Cheers 1.9.7.0 - 9 August 2026

  • New app. An employee recognition wall for your intranet: pick a colleague, pick a badge, say why, add a photo. Seven colour-coded badges you can rename, recolour or replace entirely.
  • Four wall layouts (Featured, Cards, Masonry, Compact rows) and seven card styles, from a relaxed Profile look to a sharp Corporate one.
  • Likes and comments, both with optional rich text, each stored in their own list so SharePoint's item-level security lets people edit what they posted and nothing else.
  • This week's birthdays and work anniversaries surface above the wall from your celebrations list, each with a one-click cheer already filled in.
  • Three SharePoint lists on your own site, created for you on first set-up. No Microsoft Graph permissions at all.

Pulse 1.0.9.0 - 9 August 2026

  • New app. Polls and pulse surveys answered on the page - two web parts in one install: Quick Poll for a single question on a homepage, and Pulse for a full multi-question survey with its own results dashboard.
  • Six question types - choice, agreement scale, NPS scored 0-10, star rating, ranking and free text - built in a visual editor on the page, with no JSON and no list to create first.
  • Results built to be read rather than exported: counts and shares with bars, a real NPS split into promoters, passives and detractors, a word cloud of the themes in written answers, participation trends across pulses, and a table view of every panel for accessibility.
  • People can vote, change their vote, or see the results before answering. Optional open and close dates, and an invited-audience size so participation shows as a percentage.
  • Responses live in a SharePoint list in your own tenant: people read and edit only their own, list administrators can read them all, and everyone else sees published totals. Pulse never claims an anonymity SharePoint cannot honour.

Prism 1.5.7.0 - 5 August 2026

  • Search fix: quickly searching, clearing the box and searching again could show stale or missing results when the server replies arrived out of order. Every reply is now checked against the latest query, so the results always match what is in the search box.

Section 1.3.2.0 - 5 August 2026

  • Faster page loads: the image and video picker now loads on demand the first time an author opens it, so page visitors no longer download it with the page - the part's payload for visitors drops by nearly three quarters.

Header 1.9.24.0 - 9 August 2026

  • Choosing Solid colour or Gradient on the Background tab now shows the colour to set right there. The colour lives on the Colours tab, so picking Solid colour used to leave you on a tab with nothing to change and the nearest looking control, Overlay colour, is a translucent tint - which is why a solid colour could come out washed out or blank.
  • Automatic text contrast now holds while you hover a link instead of reverting to an unreadable colour under the pointer, and it understands colours written as rgb(), hsl() or a name such as white, not only hex codes.
  • The contrast warning on the Colours tab now checks the colour your navigation links actually sit on. It previously checked them against the navigation background, which is transparent on artwork headers, so it never appeared for the headers that needed it most.
  • Band height greys out and explains itself when Fit width artwork is setting the height, and a Centered split layout now warns you before Below header leaves it with nowhere to draw the navigation.

Header 1.9.23.0 - 9 August 2026

  • Navigation looks after itself on narrow windows. When the links no longer fit alongside the search box they move to their own full width row directly under the header, wrapping onto as many lines as they need so every link stays visible and clickable, and they return to the header band as soon as there is room again. Nothing to configure - it measures your own links, so it works whatever they are called and however many there are.
  • Headers can now be built from a logo and a solid colour rather than one large background image. Logo padding accepts negative values, so a full width brand block can be taken right to the edge of the screen, and with navigation alignment left on Auto the links simply flow after the logo at every screen size. This behaves better at every width than a single image does, and there are no offsets to maintain.
  • Image headers paint your Background colour behind the artwork, so wherever the image does not reach the header shows its own colour instead of the page showing through.
  • The designer's live preview now renders independently of the header on the page, so what you see while editing always matches what will publish. Switching Background type to Solid colour previously appeared to do nothing because the saved artwork kept showing through.
  • Automatic text contrast is more accurate, comparing the real contrast of black and white against your colour rather than estimating, so labels on mid tone brand colours pick the more readable option. Optional colour fields can be cleared again without deleting the hex by hand.
  • Turning on My artwork carries the branding no longer hides the hub navigation strip when the artwork is applied to the header band only.

Header 1.9.15.0 - 8 August 2026

  • Artwork headers set to Fit width now take their height from the artwork itself. Previously the image was scaled to the header's width while the header kept a fixed height, so the two could only line up at one window size - the artwork left a strip of background at most widths, and navigation placed over it appeared to drift up or down depending on the monitor. The artwork now fills the band exactly and the navigation stays level on every screen, with no offset to adjust.
  • Applying a navigation pixel nudge no longer changes how the sub-navigation flyouts stack, so dropdowns always render above the page content.

Header 1.9.13.0 - 7 August 2026

  • Fix: applying a navigation pixel nudge (Nav offset X or Y) no longer changes how the sub-navigation flyouts stack - dropdowns opened from nudged navigation now always render fully above the page content instead of being cut off behind it.

Header 1.9.12.0 - 5 August 2026

  • New Spokes tab in the hub's designer: it lists every site associated with the hub, sets the default behaviour for all of them (your styled navigation strip with each site keeping its own header, logo and search - or full inheritance) and takes per-site exceptions with their own artwork or logo and live site title. Everything is managed centrally on the hub, so a design change there still reaches every spoke.
  • Edit navigation without losing your header: site owners see Edit hub navigation and Edit site navigation links in the header, placed just as SharePoint places its own. One click reveals SharePoint's native header with the right editor already open; finishing, or simply leaving the page, brings your custom header straight back.
  • Fixes from field testing: no more hairline gap between the strip and artwork at certain zoom levels, no duplicated or leftover native chrome on library and site-contents pages, navigation offset direction is consistent, and scenario presets now say when they reset your navigation alignment instead of doing it silently.

Header 1.8.8.0 - 4 August 2026

  • Associated (spoke) sites can now carry just your styled navigation strip and keep their own site header, logo, navigation and search - instead of inheriting the hub's full header and its artwork. New hub headers behave this way out of the box; existing saved headers are unchanged until you opt in.
  • The header appears almost immediately on every visit: navigation links, licence verdict and settings location are all remembered from the last visit and refreshed in the background.
  • A licence-service outage no longer removes your header - it keeps working for up to 24 hours on the last good check, while licensing still validates on every page load.

Header 1.7.9.0 - 2 August 2026

  • Start tab with scenario presets - replace the SharePoint header, sit under the hub bar, hub links inside your header, artwork-first, or branding bar only - each showing a picture of the result drawn in your own colours and artwork, and a summary of exactly what it changed.
  • The header now appears almost immediately: it paints from your saved settings while the current ones load, and the licence and navigation checks run together rather than one after another.
  • Sub-navigation flyouts gain their own background, text, hover and corner-radius settings, with text that stays readable whatever colours you choose.
  • Hub navigation strip links no longer take the header band s hover colour, so light strip text can no longer disappear on hover.
  • Apply and Reset are now in the docked toolbar as well as at the foot of the panel, and sites with the header switched off make no background requests at all.
  • Navigation offset now moves the menu right whichever edge it is aligned to, and the call-to-action button keeps your chosen text colour when it sits in the navigation strip.
  • Applying your settings updates the header on the very next page load, and the designer now detects SharePoint vertical left navigation and offers to hide it in one click when your header would otherwise show the same links twice.

Header 1.7.0.0 - 1 August 2026

  • The header now shows your site's own navigation out of the box, so switching it on keeps the links the site already has instead of an empty menu.
  • SharePoint's hub bar links can be rendered inside the header - above or below the header band - styled with your own colours, fonts and spacing, so the hub family navigation becomes part of your design.
  • Artwork headers: choose how the image fits (including Fit width), nudge it with offsets, and position navigation as a percentage of the header so it stays lined up with a logo block or colour split at every screen size.
  • Navigation gains font, size, weight and colour settings for both the band and the strip, links that are always readable wherever they sit, and a hover that adapts to any header colour.
  • Redesigned designer: a full-width live preview that matches the published header, docked tabs, inline colour pickers, and plain-English guidance wherever a setting depends on another.

Section 1.3.1.0 - 29 July 2026

  • New Video background type: an ambient autoplay muted loop with no controls - pick or upload straight to your own Site Assets, with chunked upload for large files.
  • An optional poster image paints instantly so the video never blocks page load; people with reduced motion set in their system see the poster only; if the video cannot load the band falls back to your gradient or colour.
  • 9-point Focal point control for video (the same as images) decides which slice a thin band keeps - and the poster follows it, so the picture never jumps. Scrim, shape dividers and extend-to-section all work over video.

Prism 1.5.6.0 - 30 July 2026

  • Search now covers the entire list server-side - it finds items on pages that have not been loaded yet - and the results can be paged through.
  • When SharePoint's list search index has not caught up, Prism automatically retries with a direct column search, so results are consistent either way.

Prism 1.5.3.0 - 28 July 2026

  • New Timeline layout: any list with a date column grouped into Today, This week, Next week and beyond, with calendar-block dates down a spine - ideal for birthdays, anniversaries and deadlines. Order it upcoming-first or chronologically.
  • Summary filters now accept delimited tag text, lookup and managed-metadata columns; pills switch to a counted dropdown past a dozen values (or force either style), and an optional second filter column renders as a toolbar dropdown that stacks with the first.
  • Filter chips mirror each column's chosen display style, the timeline date honours the date column's style, and items per page now goes down to single items.

Agenda 1.4.2.0 - 28 July 2026

  • New source type: SharePoint list (any). Overlay any list with a date column - birthdays, anniversaries, key dates - by picking the list and mapping its start, end, title and category columns. Runs as the signed-in user with no extra permissions.
  • Date-only columns show as clean all-day entries; generic list sources are read-only and recurring series are not expanded for them - annual occasions work by keeping the year's date in the list, which is how these lists are usually maintained.

Prism 1.4.6.0 - 26 July 2026

  • First release: point Prism at any SharePoint list and get a beautiful view - a modern table with banded rows, sticky header, sorting and instant search, or cards, or tiles - without touching the source list.
  • Read-only by design, pages smoothly through large lists, respects item-level security, and needs no Microsoft Graph permissions at all.

Directory 2.6.5.0 - 25 July 2026

  • The search box, filter dropdowns, A-Z bar and pagination now share the suite's rounded corner styling.

Agenda 1.3.13.0 - 25 July 2026

  • The search box and toolbar buttons now share the suite's rounded corner styling.

Org Chart 1.3.13.0 - 25 July 2026

  • The search box, filter dropdowns and level selector now share the suite's rounded corner styling.

Launchpad 1.4.10.0 - 25 July 2026

  • The search box and sort dropdown now follow the Corner radius setting (capped at a sensible control radius), matching the suite's rounded styling.

FAQ Builder 1.2.7.0 - 25 July 2026

  • The search box and Expand all / Collapse all buttons now share the suite's rounded corner styling.

Agenda 1.3.12.0 - 25 July 2026

  • The web part is now called Agenda (formerly Calendar). Same product, same licence and pricing; only the name changed, ahead of the AppSource listing.
  • Also includes the 1.3.11 refinement: cards and surfaces stay a clean white on a coloured page section, instead of taking on the section's colour.

Agenda 1.3.10.0 - 23 July 2026

  • Add events straight from the calendar: SharePoint Events lists get an in-app form (each person's own SharePoint permissions decide), and the web part can even create the Events list for you in one click.
  • Microsoft 365 group and Exchange calendars hand off to Outlook, where your real membership and access rights apply - your own calendar opens Outlook's new-event form prefilled with the selected day.
  • SharePoint list sources now load reliably, with recurring series expanded into per-day instances.
  • Live address-book lookup when adding a mailbox or user calendar source.
  • View options apply immediately, a Show title banner toggle, logo pick-or-upload, and the header banner now matches the suite standard.
  • Events created outside the web part appear on already-visited views within a minute.

Directory 2.6.3.0 - 23 July 2026

  • Four card layouts: Standard, Profile (centred, with an accent-ringed photo and department pill), Compact rows and Photo tiles.
  • Columns control (Auto or 2 to 6) - cards tighten their type at high column counts instead of overflowing.
  • Card actions choice: classic Chat and Video call buttons, or a modern icon bar on a soft tray.
  • Custom card colour with auto-contrast text, adopted by the Chat button.
  • The Organisation tab shows the reporting chain as a mini tree in the Org Chart style.
  • Header logo can be picked or uploaded to Site Assets; the header banner matches the suite standard.
  • Configuration export and import carries the new layout settings, and quoted names containing commas import correctly.

Section 1.2.8.0 - 23 July 2026

  • Image fit control with one option per use case: Banner sizes the band to your artwork's own shape for edge-to-edge hero images, Fill crops photo backdrops with a focal point, Fit letterboxes, and Stretch fills a fixed band exactly.
  • Focal point and parallax only appear for the fits they apply to.
  • Whole-page full width respects the Microsoft 365 left app bar instead of passing underneath it.
  • The 'Full width applies after publish' note only shows for Whole page span.

Showcase 1.1.5.0 - 23 July 2026

  • Two new layouts: Collage (featured first) and Mosaic (bento), joining grid, masonry, justified rows, carousel and filmstrip.
  • Softer hover motion plus new Lift and Brighten styles, applied to filmstrip thumbnails too.
  • Carousel maximum-height control so oversized source images no longer dominate the page.
  • SharePoint video links (Stream pages and sharing links) play natively, large uploads show real progress, and every video tile gets a real thumbnail - captured from the video itself when SharePoint has not generated a preview yet.
  • Library folder paths match regardless of case and display name; a Use this site button skips the tenant-wide site search.
  • Alt text is optional (falls back to the caption, then the file name), and each layout only shows the settings it uses.

FAQ Builder 1.2.5.0 - 22 July 2026

  • Grid layout: opening a question no longer stretches its neighbours or cuts the fill colour short.
  • The text-editing toolbar floats above the answer you are editing instead of the top of the web part.
  • The Category box is labelled and explained, and the delete button no longer clips at the card edge.

Announce 1.4.5.0 - 22 July 2026

  • Per-message custom colours and uploaded icons, with severity defaults previewed honestly in the editor.
  • Fill styles (Tinted, Solid, Outline) for the banner and alert card modes.
  • Ticker background colour with auto-contrast text.

Spotlight 1.3.5.0 - 22 July 2026

  • Call-to-action icons keep their auto-contrast colour on theme-gradient backgrounds.
  • Property pane version and changelog now open and close properly.

Newsroom 1.4.11.0 - 22 July 2026

  • New 'hide posts whose title contains' filter for excluding housekeeping posts.
  • Headlines layout no longer draws stray rules above and below the list.
  • The unreliable whole-tenant source option was removed; Selected sites is the curated path.

Launchpad 1.4.8.0 - 22 July 2026

  • Copy and paste settings: replicate a configured Launchpad across pages.
  • Icons and text auto-contrast the card colour; borders and tile padding are adjustable.
  • Hover styles gained breathing room around the icon and text, and square tiles keep their shape.
  • Redesigned Spotlight layout, and controls only show for the layout that uses them.

Header 1.6.9.2 - 22 July 2026

  • Fresh headers match the native SharePoint layout out of the box (title left, site navigation inline, search off).
  • New Title position control (left / centre / right).
  • A switched-off section shows a short hint instead of a blank tab, and the site-title colour uses the swatch picker.

News 1.4.8.0 - 21 July 2026

  • New product icon in the web part toolbox and in the App Catalog, replacing the generic default tile.

Org Chart 1.3.12.0 - 24 July 2026

  • The cards and lines no longer take on a coloured page section's colour: the chart's own surfaces are fixed to a clean white, modern look on any section.
  • Two new card styles, Accent bar and Spotlight, plus Card colour (text auto-contrasts), Connector line colour and Chart background controls, and an optional web part frame (subtle shadow, outlined or elevated).
  • Much faster settings and interaction on large charts, and an instant photo-shape switch.
  • The header banner and card accents reliably follow this site's theme colour.
  • The web part toolbox tile and App Catalog icon now display correctly.

Org Chart 1.3.3.0 - 21 July 2026

  • Fixed: people who are not in Microsoft 365 - contractors, externals and vacant roles - were never saved to the overrides list. After upgrading, open the web part settings and click "Repair list (re-check columns)" once.
  • Search now lists everyone who matches, with their job title and department, so people who share a first name are all reachable. A single match still jumps straight there.
  • Filter lists no longer cut off long job titles, and each has an All option to clear it without hunting for the clear-filters button.
  • Call in Teams from a person card, alongside chat and email.
  • Dotted connectors are now labelled Functional manager, which says what the relationship is rather than how the line is drawn.
  • Zoom and view controls stay on the same row as the filters instead of wrapping onto a second line.
  • People without a Microsoft 365 account no longer show an empty contact card on hover.
  • External is now a pill beside the department, so a person's name gets the full width of the card.
  • A newly added web part picks up your site theme colour immediately, instead of showing a blank header banner until an accent colour was chosen.

Org Chart 1.2.4.0 - 17 July 2026

  • Zoom on load: pin a legible opening zoom so a large organisation no longer opens at an unreadable fit.
  • Full-screen mode for exploring big charts without leaving the page (Esc to exit).
  • The view stays anchored on the person at the top of the chart when you change level, reset, or fit to view.
  • Header logo can be uploaded straight to Site Assets, or picked from an existing asset.
  • Directory data warnings, such as a reporting loop, are shown only to people who can edit the chart.

WorldKit 1.1.0.0 - 6 July 2026

  • Initial Glow Cloud Kit release: GCK Weather and GCK Time & Date in one package, one licence covering both.
  • Automatic subscription licensing - activate your tenant once in the customer portal, no keys to enter.

Social 1.0.0.0 - 6 July 2026

  • Initial Glow Cloud Kit release: your organisation's own published posts from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon and RSS, read-only, on the intranet.
  • Automatic subscription licensing - activate your tenant once in the customer portal, no keys to enter.

Directory 2.5.0.0 - 23 June 2026

  • CSV export of filtered results.
  • Department lock per web part instance.
  • Instant (as-you-type) search.
  • Dynamic Entra attribute filter dropdown.

Header 1.6.8.1 - 22 June 2026

  • Fixed 'Hide SharePoint's site header' also hiding the vertical (left-rail) navigation - the header-hide selectors are now precise.
  • Site navigation placement control (Header / Left rail / Both) that prevents the same menu showing twice.
  • Hollow nav style now uses the Nav hover text colour like every other style.
  • Search box styling with a clean white default pill.
  • Version number shown in the property pane, and the full call-to-action button.

Agenda 1.2.0.0 - 5 June 2026

  • iCal feeds, agenda view and one-click add-to-calendar.

Theme 1.4.8.0 - 24 July 2026

  • Live preview: hover any element to see the exact palette colour that controls it and jump straight to that field.
  • Refresh-safe editing, file and clipboard export/import, and a one-click tenant-wide apply script.
  • WCAG contrast checks with colour-vision simulation and low-contrast section warnings, plus a dark-mode palette generator.
