Built right
Header and Theme need no Graph permissions at all; Directory and Agenda use a small read-only set you approve.
Deploy once and it's available everywhere. A signed licence key activates your whole tenant - no per-site fiddling.
Theme-aware, accessible and uniform - every web part is designed to look premium the moment it's dropped on a page.
Security & privacy
Unlike vendor-cloud governance suites that need broad admin consent and copy your content to their servers, Glow Cloud Kit installs into your own Microsoft 365 tenant and stays there. And nothing tracks who opens what: there is no usage analytics, on our side or anywhere else. See the full security details and permissions manifest.
The web parts run client-side in Microsoft 365 using each user's own SharePoint permissions. No app-only access, no background service reading your content.
We store no customer content. The only thing that ever leaves is a licence check that sends your tenant ID to validate the subscription - nothing else.
Header and Theme need zero Graph permissions; Directory and Agenda a small read-only set you approve. Nothing to add to a data-processing review.

Questions
The apps run inside your tenant and read data through Microsoft Graph and SharePoint as the signed-in user - it never passes through us. For licensing we store only your tenant ID and billing email to validate the subscription. Nothing more.
A standard subscription covers one Microsoft 365 tenant. Running several client tenants, say as an MSP? An Enterprise plan licenses each one - just talk to us.
Yes. A card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged during it - cancel within the 14 days and you are never billed. After that you can cancel any time from the portal's Billing page, and access runs to the end of the paid period.
No. Everything runs on Microsoft's supported SharePoint Framework (SPFx), so it is upgrade-safe - not the unsupported DOM hacks that break when Microsoft ships changes.
No - Glow Cloud Kit is for SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) only.
Your tenant just needs activating: sign in to the customer portal with the same work account you purchased with. Validation caches for about 24 hours, so reload the page after activating.
Install the kit on your tenant in minutes and ship a branded, modern intranet your people actually want to use.
