What data does Glow Cloud Kit collect?

The apps run inside your tenant and read data through Microsoft Graph and SharePoint as the signed-in user - it never passes through us. For licensing we store only your tenant ID and billing email to validate the subscription. Nothing more.

Can I use it across multiple tenants?

A standard subscription covers one Microsoft 365 tenant. Running several client tenants, say as an MSP? An Enterprise plan licenses each one - just talk to us.

Is the 14-day trial really free, and how do I cancel?

Yes. A card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged during it - cancel within the 14 days and you are never billed. After that you can cancel any time from the portal's Billing page, and access runs to the end of the paid period.

Will it break when Microsoft updates SharePoint?

No. Everything runs on Microsoft's supported SharePoint Framework (SPFx), so it is upgrade-safe - not the unsupported DOM hacks that break when Microsoft ships changes.

What if Microsoft builds one of these natively?

It already happens - the native Hero, News and Quick Links web parts are the baseline our apps improve on. Native versions stay generic, and when Microsoft builds something deep it usually sits behind premium per-user licensing, while the kit is one flat price per tenant. And every new app we ship joins your subscription at no extra cost, so the value never rests on a single part.

Does it work on SharePoint on-premises?

No - Glow Cloud Kit is for SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) only.

Why might an app show "licence required"?

Your tenant just needs activating: sign in to the customer portal with the same work account you purchased with. Validation caches for about 24 hours, so reload the page after activating.
