Choose a shape (pill, square or a no-fill ghost), a fill (solid colour, a soft tint, a gradient that fades to transparent, or two colours), or a minimal look like an accent bar, an underline or an overline label, and set the banner to your brand colour. A background image with a readability overlay is available too, and for gradients and images you can set the title text light or dark.
Limit how many questions the list shows at once. Visitors see that many with a Show more button to reveal the rest, so a long list stays manageable while the search box still finds every question.
Inherits your SharePoint theme, light and dark, so the FAQ looks built in rather than bolted on.

Your content, minimal permissions
FAQ Builder stores its content in the web part itself and runs client-side as the signed-in user, so there are no lists to manage and nothing leaves your tenant. Only the optional audience targeting uses a single read-only Graph permission, GroupMember.Read.All, which your admin approves once. If it is not granted, targeting fails open and every question simply shows.
