Add links one at a time, choose an icon or upload a tile image, set colours and order, all from the property pane. Nothing external to wire up.

Point Launchpad at a SharePoint list and links stay in sync as the list changes, edited by anyone with list access. No code, and no Graph scope for the list.
Make it yours
Everything is set from SharePoint's standard web-part panel, so any site owner can shape the launchpad without a developer.
Tiles, Icon boxes, Compact list, Button, Filmstrip or a redesigned Spotlight, with responsive columns from 1 to 6 and comfortable, compact or dense spacing. Tile shape and padding adjust to suit the section.
Pick from a searchable Fluent icon picker, or upload a per-tile image straight to Site Assets. Every link can carry its own look.
Set an accent, card background, corner radius and hover, and give any single item its own colour. It inherits your SharePoint theme by default.
Add links in the panel, or point Launchpad at a SharePoint list so it stays in sync as the list changes. The list path needs no Graph scope.
Target any link to Microsoft 365 or security groups with a searchable group picker, so each team sees only what belongs to them.
End users can search and sort the links, and optional click analytics log the link and time to a SharePoint list, with no personal data.
Copy and paste settings carries a finished Launchpad - layout, styling, padding and links - onto another page, so a pattern you like is repeated in seconds rather than rebuilt by hand.

Least privilege, and it fails open
Launchpad runs client-side as the signed-in user and reads none of your content. Only optional audience targeting uses a single read-only Graph permission, GroupMember.Read.All, which an admin approves once; if it is not granted, targeting fails open and every link simply shows. Optional click analytics log only the link and the time to a SharePoint list in your tenant, never personal data.
