Walk the org chart from any card - manager and direct reports, loaded on demand.
Standard, Profile centred with an accent-ringed photo, Compact rows, or Photo tiles - with a Columns control from two to six. Cards tighten their type at high column counts instead of overflowing.
Give cards a custom colour and the text auto-contrasts, with the Chat button adopting it too. Choose classic Chat and Video call buttons, a modern icon bar, or Auto, which swaps between them as space allows.
