Walk the org chart from any card - manager and direct reports, loaded on demand.
Standard, Profile centred with an accent-ringed photo, Compact rows, or Photo tiles - with a Columns control from two to six. Cards tighten their type at high column counts instead of overflowing.
Give cards a custom colour and the text auto-contrasts, with the Chat button adopting it too. Choose classic Chat and Video call buttons, a modern icon bar, or Auto, which swaps between them as space allows.
Style the banner behind the directory title: nine looks, from a solid colour, soft tint or gradient to a quiet accent bar, underline or overline label, or a photo with a readability overlay. Set it to your own colour and the title contrast is computed against that colour (WCAG ratios), so a brand banner stays legible. Directories already on a page are unchanged until you choose a style.
Persona cards with chat, video, email and phone - plus an Organisation tab showing the reporting chain as a mini tree in the Org Chart style.
Show who someone works with, in a relationship you name yourself - Attorneys and Secretaries, Account Manager and Client Lead, whatever your firm calls it. Each pairing is stored once in a single list your team maintains, so the two directions can never disagree and both people's cards stay right when you change one row. Appears as tabs or as a section, with an optional filter for one side of the list.
Someone whose sign-in has been blocked, or whose account has been deleted, is treated as having left: they stop appearing in the directory. Where they are still named as a related person they show greyed, so you know to tidy the list.
An opt-in celebrations strip surfaces upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries, with avatars and dates.
Export the current results to CSV, lock a directory to a single department, filter dynamically on any Entra attribute, and pick or upload a header logo to Site Assets. The department and office filters fill themselves from the values your own directory holds, so they work on a new web part with nothing to type.
