Social
Social surfaces your organisation's own published posts on your intranet, read-only. It never posts, messages, moderates or runs ads. YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon and RSS connect instantly with nothing to authorise; Facebook and Instagram are coming soon, once our Meta app review completes. LinkedIn is not supported at this time.
Permissions
No Microsoft Graph permissions and no admin consent. You authorise your own social accounts directly, and the web part reads only content you have already published.
Set up
- Install the package (see the Install guide). No Graph scopes to approve.
- Edit a page → add the Social web part.
- In the property pane, connect each source and choose which to show.
Sources
Connect any of Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon and RSS feeds. Per-source tabs let staff filter to one network. YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon and RSS connect instantly; Facebook and Instagram use a one-time sign-in that we complete with you while our Meta approval finalises. LinkedIn is not supported at this time.
Layout options
- Layout - grid or carousel, with the number of posts to show.
- Elements - show or hide captions, media, author, dates and like/comment counts.
- Theme - inherits your site theme, light and dark.
- Freshness - posts refresh automatically and are cached for speed.
The feed shows only content you have published and authorised, and nothing is shared outside your tenant.
